RSVP Online directions

Online under the message boards are minutes of the meeting this week for those who missed it. The calendar will be posted in the next few days online as well. As for June, you can register for an event by clicking on the left column on “register for event”. Then continue by clicking on what the category of the event is that is listed(ex: field trip, playgroup, coffee walk), it will then pull up the dates & times for each event under that category. Click on the event(bumper bowling), It pulls up a detailed description of the event, cost, place times and such-and at the very bottom who else is going, On this page that is up- click on register for event at the center of the box- at the top of the box are three choices: view categories, register for events, events your registered for – click on register and it pulls up your name and that event, scroll down and enter your name and then click on the information is correct.

Now, if you don’t need to see the details of an event: for example we only have one cooking club a month and if only one is listed. Click on left column “register for events” when box opens, again click “register for events” a drop down box appears and you can click on the event you want- then click on information is correct. That way is much easier- but hard if we have 4 coffee walks and you want to do only one.
